Product Introduction

VS-1000L stainless steel vertical external vacuum machine, with a body made entirely of 304 stainless steel material, is suitable for places with high environmental requirements, such as pharmaceutical factories, food factories, electronics factories, and other large packaging. It is not suitable for inverted product packaging, such as rice, plastic pellets, chemical powders, feed, hardware molds, vegetables, fruits, agricultural and sideline products, oils and other vacuum packaging. This model has a bag mouth sealed form and can be directly placed in a bag for vacuum packaging along with the product packaging (such as electronic product boxes, cartons, oil drums, etc.).

Working mode

Multiple modes such as vacuum packaging, inflatable packaging, and sealed bag making can be selected separately according to packaging needs, reducing the wear and tear of some components and extending the service life of the machine;

Hand/automatic function

Automatically step on two feet, manually step on three feet;

Alarm system

The machine adopts an automatic detection system. In case of incorrect operation or malfunction during startup, shutdown, and use, the system will automatically sound an alarm until the fault is resolved.

Anti pressure hand function

If the operator accidentally places their hand under the sealing strip during use, the machine will sound an alarm and the sealing strip will quickly reset and pop up when pressed, avoiding finger injuries and effectively ensuring the safety of the operator;
